Since founding the Sahajayoga technique Mataji Nirmaladevi has been guiding the human being as to how develop oneself. How  to overcome hurdles in individual progress. How  to get peace of mind, how to enjoy the life, how to resolve the issues, how to enjoy the world and life.

For the benefit of all I quote below some of the very important Quotes of Mataji  Nirmaladevi-

1. Witnessing -

So to overcome the problems of personality the best thing is to witness, practice witnessing everything: before talking, practice witnessing, before giving any comments, just start witnessing. It’s a very, very satisfying attitude.

1998- Aug. 16, Advanced Program, Cabella, Italy

If we can adopt this attitude of witnessing each and every of self, real transformation will take place within us. We would be extremely conscious about our behaviour. We will think before talk, before act and thus can avoid lot of unnecessary futile talking, criticising everybody, wasting valuable time in observing and commenting others and so on. The more we concentrate on self , the more benefits it will provide to you.

2.Wisdom -

Wisdom doesn’t mean that you know how to argue things or you fight with people. No, it doesn’t mean that. Wisdom means how you take to the good side of everything to enjoy it. This is wisdom and that you avoid all destructive things and take to something constructive.
1992 – Sept. 13, Advanced Program, Abbotsford, Canada

Mataji has rightly taught the real meaning of wisdom and we need to be wise in true sense. Wisdom does not lie in arguing your point of view, or questioning others views, or fighting on difference of opinion. Real wisdom will always guide to think in constructive manner, act in constructive manner. Otherwise just showing your wisdom by arguing, questioning, opposing, will never lead you anywhere. Very rarely you would be successful in changing other's mind and thinking. Let is happen in proper way. Let him understand and then he will himself accept it and behave accordingly. So adopt constructive attitude through out the lfe. Live like a real wise man as per the perspective of Mataji.

3. God's creation -

As a mother would see her child, you should see the whole world as a beautiful place that God has created for you.

2007 – June 24, Sahaja Yoga Advanced Program, Cabella, Italy

We need to develop our approach towards life, towards looking at things and happening around us. That changed way of looking can bring about lot of peace, happiness for us. We will find so many things around us beautiful, enjoying, appreciating etc. We would stop grumbling on every small issue. It will drastically change our life.

4. Follow Truth not Ego -

Before knowing the truth, if you depend on your intelligence, you can be misled completely. Intelligence that is without the spiritual insight is your own ego. After Realization, the truth that comes to you is the real, pure truth and is not your ego.
1984 – July 10, Public Program, Cheswick England

Mataji Nirmaladevi has taught a very easy, simple way of overcoming ego problem. Always follow truth. It is very difficult, because many a times we are not ready to know the truth, find out the truth, accept the truth under the over influence of self ego. Ego misguides us , ego makes us behave arrogantly and distance us from reality and can create many other problems in life. The person who can overcome ego can easily face any situation, can adjust oneself, can accept reality, can live balanced life. The touch of truth will light our path of life.

Seven Chakras and Energy within Us

Every human being has been gifted with so many unknown things in our body. It includes bascially three nadis- Ida, Pingala and Sushumna- which are located at the Left, Right , and Centre of our body. There are also Seven chakras in our body.

For the kind information of everybody the short information of all the seven chakras in our body is reproduced below.

Chakras and the Subtle Body

The Subtle System Of Chakras and The Channels of Energy Inside every human being there is a network of nerves and sensory organs that interprets the outside physical world.
At the same time, within us resides a subtle system of channels (nadis) and centers of energy (chakras) which look after our physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual being.
Each of the seven chakras has several spiritual qualities. These qualities are intact within us, and even though they might not always be manifest, they can never be destroyed.
When the Kundalini is awakened, these qualities start manifesting spontaneously and express themselves in our life.
Thus, through regular meditation, we become automatically very dynamic, creative, confident and at the same time very humble, loving and compassionate. It is a process which starts to develop by itself when the Kundalini rises and starts to nourish our chakras.

Mooladhara Chakra

Mooladhara Chakra - Innocence and Purity The first chakra is situated below the sacrum bone in which resides the Kundalini, and its main aspect is the innocence. Innocence is the quality by which we experience pure, childlike joy, without the limitations of prejudice or conditionings. Innocence gives us dignity, balance, and a tremendous sense of direction and purpose in life. It is nothing but simplicity, purity and joy.
It is the inner wisdom that is ever present in the little children, and gets sometimes clouded by our modern lifestyles. But it is a quality which exists eternally within us and cannot be destroyed, waiting to be manifest as pure joy when the Kundalini rises.

Swadishthan Chakra

Swadhishthana Chakra - Creativity and Pure Attention The second chakra is the chakra of creativity, pure attention and pure knowledge. It is the one which connects us to the inner source of inspiration, and enables us to experience the beauty around us.
The pure knowledge given by this chakra is not mental, but it is direct perception of the Reality, that can be felt in our palms and indicates our subtle blockages. Also this is the center of pure, steady attention and power of concentration.
On the physical level it looks after our liver, kidneys, and the lower abdomen. When we think too much, this center gets drained of energy and diseases like diabetes or blood cancer can occur when this chakra goes completely out of balance.

Nabhi Chakra

The third chakra is the one that gives us the sense of generosity, complete satisfaction and contentment.
On the left side, the main quality of this center is peace - clearing this chakra can relieve stress and tensions.
On the right side, it looks after our liver which is the organ of our attention and power of concentration.
When enlightened by the Kundalini, the Nabhi chakra gives us our spiritual ascent, righteousness and inner sense of morality, and complete balance at all levels in our life.

The Void

Surrounding the second and the third chakra is the Void which stands for the principle of mastery (guru principle) within us.
In many spiritual traditions, this area is the "ocean of illusions" that needs to be crossed with the help of a spiritual guide. When the Kundalini is awakened and passes through the Void, this principle of mastery is established within us.
Thus, as Shri Mataji says, in Sahaja Yoga you become your own guru, your own spiritual guide since you can feel on your fingertips all your subtle problems and have the power to cure them using your own Kundalini.
Moreover, establishing this center helps us get rid of all our habits, laziness, gross attachments, and everything that enslaves us in a way or another: we become our own master.
Following false "gurus" who are more interested in power tricks or your purse can damage very much the Void area. But after Self Realization, everything can be cured through the purifying power of the Kundalini in meditation.

The Heart Chakra or Anahat Chakra

Heart Chakra - Seat of The Spirit The fourth chakra, the chakra of the heart, is the place where resides our Spirit, our true Self, which is eternally pure and unaffected by anything, like a shining diamond hidden within us which witnesses all our actions.
After Self Realization, our attention becomes for the first time connected to our Spirit and we gradually become aware of it. Our misidentifications with our ego or conditionings drop and we start becoming identified with our Spirit, which is our true nature.
On the physical level, this chakra looks after our heart and lungs - if affected it can cause asthma or various heart conditions.
It is from our heart that the compassion and love manifests, and also the heart chakra is the one that gives us the sense of responsibility and pure behaviour towards others. The heart chakra manifests in the center (at the level of the sternum bone) as complete security and confidence.
All our worries, doubts and fears are destroyed when the heart chakra is fully enlightened by the Kundalini.

Vishuddhi Chakra

Vishuddhi Chakra - Diplomacy and Playful Detachment The fifth chakra is the chakra of diplomacy, of pure relationships with others, and of playful detachment.
It removes all our guilts and remorses when it is opened by the Kundalini, and gives us a kind and compassionate voice. The tendencies to dominate others or to feel dominated by others, the feelings of superiority or inferiority and all jealousies are removed when this chakra is nourished by the Kundalini.
Also, the Vishuddhi is the chakra which gives us the connection with the whole, enabling us to feel our oneness and the fact that we are all part and parcel of the whole.

The Agnya Chakra

Agnya Chakra - Forgiveness And Compassion The sixth chakra is the chakra of forgiveness and compassion. Forgiveness is the power to let go of anger, hatred and resentment and to discover, in humility, the nobility and generosity of the Spirit.
It is the one that dissolves all our ego, conditionings, habits, false ideas of racialism, and all our misidentifications. It is the narrow gate which opens the way for our consciousness to ascend to its final destination, which is the seventh center.
Roving eyes, watching impure things, or self-centeredness damage this chakra. Watching the sky, earth or nature can help cleanse it.

The Sahasrara Chakra

Sahasrara Chakra - Integration The seventh center integrates all the chakras with their respective qualities. It is the last milestone of the evolution of human awareness.
Nowadays, we are at a level which corresponds to this chakra, and our consciousness is able to easily enter into this new realm of perception, which is beyond our limited mind and concepts, and which becomes absolute at the level of the Sahasrara.
This chakra gives us the direct, absolute perception of Reality on our central nervous system.
This is precisely what is achieved by Self Realization, through the spontaneous awakening of the Kundalini given by Sahaja Yoga.

By the kind gesture of Mataji Nirmaladevi this important live system is made known and opened for all those who wish to learn Sahajayoga and pray to Mataji to offer them this wisdom. Lakhs of people all over the world have taken benefit and through awakening of Kundalini got self knowledge and became enlightened soul.

Know about Sahajayoga, practice it and benefit it, freely all life all over the world.

Celebrating Holi
Holi is great Indian cultural festival  wherein all people young and old, men and women, children all participate with great enthusiasm.  It is also called the festival of colours in most northern states of India.   Though we may find many colours – red, green, yellow, etc used, very rarely find black.   Each colour has some meaning and resemblance.  So we have to better avoid black colour, black deeds and bad thoughts so as to make our mind and body happy and joyful.
Holi  is a Hindu spring festival celebrated in the Indian subcontinent, also known as the "festival of colours" It signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, end of winter, and for many a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. Holi celebrations start on the night before Holi with a Holika Dahan where people gather, perform religious rituals in front of the bonfire, and pray that their internal evil be destroyed the way Holika, the sister of the demon king Hiranyakashipu, was killed in the fire. The next morning is celebrated as Rangwali Holi – a free-for-all festival of colours,[9] where people smear each other with colours and drench each other.

Mataji Nirmaladevi had many times elaborated the importance of Holi.  The reference to the story of Holika and Pralhad is also of great importance.  It must be understood that Holika died in the flames of fire , but the small little boy – Pralhad escaped unhurt.  It shows that divine power always guards the good person and demon like Holika passes away. (reference -https://www.amruta.org/2002/03/29/holi-puja-delhi-2002/ )

On the occasion of Holi we have to burn all ill will, hatred, bad elements and thinking of our mind.  We have to purify ourselves  and then only the divine power would always protect us and make our life really colourful and full of joy.
