Inner awakening is the key to joy and happiness.

Why are people sad and in no mood many a times.  Why they feel life more painful than being joyful? 

The real reason is mental framework of the person, his thinking, his ideology, his beliefs and disbeliefs, his ego and expectations.  These are all roots of unhappiness. 

This all happens when person is not internally awakened.  Though physically he may appear to be fit and active, internally, mentally he is not awaken.  Sahajayoga provides the system, method, platform to transform oneselfinternally.  With the blessings of Mataji Nirmaladevi, through kundalini rising, one gets to know the real things of life.  The kundalini jagruti makes complete change in a passage of time within the person.  His way of thinking, looting at outer world, pain due to comparison, criticism or not satisfying the goals in competitive world, or egoism all vanishes smoothly.

These are all disturbing elements in personal life.  Most of the time; we don't see others, situations and the world as a whole in their true light. We see, perceive and interpret reality incorrectly, which causes us pain. We perceive any sort of pain on the mental or emotional level to be normal and think that others and circumstances are responsible for the pain. All this, because of the incorrect beliefs that we carry inside us, the most important one being that we are physical bodies and not spiritual energies or souls. Awakening from within helps us to realize that we are soul and then pain starts receding.

Once we are happy, enjoying soul, we feel like distributing this joy with others and make them happier.  So by spreading the sahajayoga one can help others surrounding him or her to be more peaceful in life, enjoying the life as it is, without much grumbling.

We are all sons and daughters of Mataji Nirmaladevi, the mother of this universe, the Adishakti.  No mother would like her children to be in pain and as such Mataji Nirmaladevi always takes care of all of us. Just keep faith in her and do meditation daily and follow her path sincerely, and one can see a complete positive change in the life.
