21 STEPS FOR SAHAJA YOGI'S
• Do not forget who Shri Mataji is.
• Meditate every day.
• Regularly footsoak, shoebeat, put
ghee in the nose and exchange
vibrations.
• Do not say or do anything against
Spirit.
• Continually listen to and view Shri
Mataji's audio or video.
• Do not allow ego to fool oneself into
believing that one knows the best.
• Actively live the “Golden Rule”.
• Do not be fanatical in word or deed.
• Develop relationships with each
other.
• Do not cause trouble in Ashram to
Centre.
• Do not react if corrected.
• Participate in collectivity at least
once a week.
• Do not make excuses for own
shortcomings.
• Do not become a judge.
• Do not gossip.
• Be generous with one's time and
resources.
• Do not put material concepts before
vibrations.
• Always remember we all stay in Shri
Mataji's house.
