Christ and Ganesha - Divine Principles and Subtle Forces

Christ and Ganesha – Divine Principles and Subtle Forces for our Innocence

“In the same way, when human beings look at anything they put attention to it, there is always a reaction that comes to you. Now according to Christ we have to have non-adulterous eyes, there should be no adultery. The word adultery in the pure sense is not so bad. Adultery means there should not be any mixture of what it exists, simple as that. When we say there is adulteration in the milk, we mean that it’s not purely milk but there’s something else in it. So when you look at things, say this is a wall, a wall is a wall that’s all, what is there to think about ? But a person who is not a realized soul will immediately start thinking about a wall even. Now depending upon the conditioning of a person, if a person is a very perverted soul, I don’t know what he would think of the wall because I can’t go to every limit of thinking also-I’m sorry I have certain limitations. But a person who is say a normal person, also may start thinking about the wall, how much it will cost and what will happen and this and that and all sorts of conditionings according to the money point of view, if he is money oriented. If he is ego oriented, then his thoughts would go reacting that same way. This is the adulteration, that when you look at things there is nothing to think about-what is there to think ? Whatever is, it is, but we think that by thinking we solve the problems.

Also this kind of a myth exists among human beings, that when you look at something or you think about something then you solve the problem. It’s not true. It’s a myth, because thinking is just an empty process of the mind. It’s like a wave passing toward the shore and thinks that it can just engulf it or dissolve it completely. So the thought is just an empty vessel which carries nothing. It cannot do anything, it cannot bring forth any fruit whatsoever. Sometimes this statement might look very big and you might think how can that be Mother, we’ve done so much by thinking and this and that. But you’ve not, whatever you have done is through spontaneity because the Unconscious has helped you, has given you the ideas, the inspiration, you have done everything through inspiration and not by your own thinking. Now there we do not want to agree, because we have to give up our ego because we think we have achieved it through our thinking. But when you think too much, too much, too much, like that, then what happens ? The Unconscious gives you the necessary information, because it has compassion, it has love for you and suddenly you find something there. You are just pushed into that corner where you find it. And for this you must know it is Einstein is the person who says that the theory of relativity dawned upon him from somewhere unknown, because whatever is known is already there. And whatever is unknown you cannot find out by this brain which is thinking, but by the brain which is enlightened.

Now when He said, “Thou shalt not have adulterous eyes”, of course the adultery as we understand, is that we should not have lust in our eyes. But I would go still further to say that our attention has to be so pure that we should not have any idea of return coming to us from a particular thing, but just enjoying it, just the Joy part of it. If I see a beautiful thing, then I am just enjoying it, not that I should possess it, nor should I think about it, nor do I need that I should repeat it. Just enjoy it as it is. Maybe if you just enjoy it you will just create it again. That’s the capacity one should have of purification.”

“So, sometimes people think that Sahaja Yoga is a very Victorian sort of a System in which you can’t lead a life like this and the freedom we have achieved and the abandonment we have achieved we cannot enjoy in Sahaja Yoga. But this Virtue or this righteousness that we have condemned so far, is really the sustainer of life, is our quality, is our gold, is our wealth, is our property, is our security which we have lost, and we have to just again have a cleansing. It is there because if it is fundamentally eternal! It cannot be lost, it cannot be permanently destroyed. It is like you have seen a brass metal or something like that, which gets covered with atmosphere, is black, red, yellow, every sort of a color and ruined. But again you polish it out, it comes back to it. But if it is gold, it is untarnishable, but if gold is allowed to rust in the dirty gutter or something, you cannot see it, it is covered with all kinds of things and you think it is just finished now, it’s not there… (but )It exists all the time, our Innocence exists within us. It’s not lost, it’s there, only it’s covered. Just like the sky can be covered with clouds, it is covered now because of the atmosphere, because of the way we try to dent it and do all kinds of things to it. That’s why I say don’t feel guilty, because if you feel guilty then you have a hand which is weak, a mind which is weak, a mind which is wobbly, and then you don’t want to cleanse yourself. But it exists all the time within us, untarnishable it exists within. You have to just get to it.”

How to Reduce Negativity

Negativity within yourself (negative thoughts, anger, jealousy, fear, and despair) can be reduced gradually. To do this, adopt these simple practices:

1. Practice meditation every day – Sitting quietly for 10–15 minutes in the morning and evening helps calm the mind.
2. Learn to forgive – Holding on to others' mistakes weighs the mind down. Forgiveness brings a sense of inner lightness.
3. Keep positive company – Spend time with people who inspire you rather than those who constantly complain.
4. Practice gratitude – Every day, give thanks for three things you have received.
5. Read uplifting literature and listen to devotional songs – The mind gradually becomes like what it repeatedly listens to.
6. Cultivate an attitude of service and love – Selfless service helps reduce negativity in the mind.
7. Observe your thoughts – Whenever a negative thought arises, catch it and ask yourself: "Is this really useful for me?" If not, let it go.

If you follow the teachings of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, then according to her, Kundalini awakening and regular Sahaja Yoga meditation purify the consciousness, and negative impressions gradually begin to disappear.

"When the mind becomes connected to the light of the Divine, negativity naturally vanishes like darkness."

What are We Seeking ?

What are we seeking

People are seeking and they don’t know what they are seeking. It is a problem to them. They don’t understand why are they so restless, why can’t they understand things, why can’t they sleep. All kinds of problems are there. While they should be at peace with themselves. But, somethinggoing on within is the evolutionary process. In the evolution, we have reached up to the human awareness. But there is something beyond that. If so, it is a longing to know what it is, unknown, as to the reason of it, as to the understanding of it. So today I am just going to explain it to you why people are seeking.

People think they are not complete, they are not whole. They think why you are dragged into so many things, for what purpose. For eg. some people are going to different countries, some are taking to drinking, some are taking to drugs; all these things are not convincing and they think that we have to have something beyond in our awareness. Ourawareness is not complete. It is, can be said that, the nature itself is trying to work it out within us that we have to evolve more or to become complete. Also, it is that desire which is so strong that we start getting imbalanced, getting into troubles, and taking to things which are not good for our evolution. So we have to evolve that is the point of this seeking that people feel I am a seeker. But these things are not going to satisfy because you see nobody has been satisfied by doing these things.

There is nothing to be done. You have to be silent about it and take to the method of Sahaja yoga. Sahaja yoga is the method by which our pure desire is fulfilled through an instrument we can say or the energy called as kundalini which is in the triangular bone. all the time it is there. all the human beings have this energy in the triangular bone. Now thispower is placed in every human being. This is at the base of the spine which is called a sacrum bone. That shows that people knew that it is a sacred bone in Greece and they called in the sacrum bone. the knowledge about kundalini was known to many people before also. but now how to awaken it is possible to be understood through Sahaja yoga

.

When this kundalini rises she passes through 6 centres, the 7th centre guards the chastity of this kundalini and when she arises through this 6 centres she enlightens them and integrates them and then pierces through the 7th centre is we call as the last centre of evolution. This centre is placed in the area which was a soft bone on top of your head when you were born. This centre was closed within the growth of the Child. And later on, when the kundalini rises she pierces through this centre emitting cool breeze out of your own head. Could be a hot breeze in the beginning but later on, it goes down. Also, its starts emitting cool vibrations from your hands and fingers. This is not yet complete. you have to practice raising of the kundalini, establishing it permanently till you achieve a state of self-realization. The body is given birth by a body but this is given by the spirit. and that’s why its called as a spiritual energy because it works out your spiritual development. No use seeking here and there and going around into places. Only out have to come to Sahaja Yoga. We don’t charge any money for Sahaja yoga. You don’t have to waste any time without any compulsion, without any force.

Stress Management through Sahaja Yoga

Stress Management through Sahaja Yoga

Ours is a restless age- an age where rapid changes in technology are causing a breakdown of old values and fragmenting our personality. The result of this is tremendous psychological disturbances, stress and tension. Happiness seems to be eluding us and we are constantly seeking answers. In the name of religion people of different countries and communities are waging a war amongst themselves.
In fact, as Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi says, ‘We are waging war with ourselves, with our very being, how can we get peace? We make everything false in the name of truth, how can we discover light?’ Self-realization is the only way you can get the light in.

Sahaja Yoga is a simple technique of self-realization, wherein the dormant energy, which is inborn within you, is awakened and connected with the all-pervading cosmic energy.
Sahaja Yoga is the gift of Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi to humanity. Self-Realization is the final aim of human existence. It is an empirically verifiable scientific method that explains how the very desire for becoming united with the Absolute is built within us as Kundalini. In the human nervous system there are different subtle centers, called chakras and they control the physical, vital, mental and spiritual well being of an individual. The chakras represent the different stages of evolution and within each chakra resides the particular qualities of the Absolute. The understanding of the delicate functioning of these chakras and the connection of the individual with his own Spirit is the aim of all Yoga.

Sahaja yoga meditation brings about an equilibrium between the sympathetic and Para-sympathetic nervous system response in the process knocking down the sympathetic dominance usually seen in stressful situations, and thereby helps prevent stress disorders.

The technique is simple- it is a way of activating a mechanism- the kundalini- which is the divine energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine. This mechanism is the moving force of our enlightenment and is a living force, which seeks self-organization, self-regeneration and ascent. Through self-organization it sustains and protects the human system. Self-regeneration is its innate ability to heal, renew, balance and recycle. And, ascent is its ability to transcend the mind and body and to attain collective consciousness. Until recently the process was not available to ordinary human beings. But Shree Mataji Nirmala Devi has perfected a way to lead mankind into its next step of evolution. By Her extraordinary spiritual powers She has made this possible for each one of us. Sahaja yoga technique is spontaneous and effortless which can be practiced by anybody irrespective of their background, religious beliefs or way of life. One who practices Sahaja Yoga meditation, finds himself move into a different dimension which enables him to harness the unused sectors of the brain. Once this happens, a new supply of energy is available to us. The actual experiences of people moving into this level of functioning are a feeling of total inner silence, complete health and well-being. There is thoughtless awareness and the person feels a cool breeze of vibrations on the head and on the palms of the hands. Recent research conducted on varied groups of individual Sahaja Yoga meditators has revealed that the practice of Sahaja Yoga is accompanied by decrease in tension, anxiety, depression, neuroticism and hypertension. With meditation there is an experience of inner peace and harmony and one moves in the direction of greater self-control, self-awareness, actualizing one potential and thus moving towards happiness.

Ida Nadi and its qualities and effects

The sahajayoga is the synthesis of all the three powers that are within us.  The first is the physical power, second is emotional power and third  is the evolutionary power. Sahaja yoga is simple process of total self evolution. experience it.

THE IDA NADI (LEFT CHANNEL OR MOON CHANNEL)

The left channel relates toemotions, desires, and your connection with the past. And so, whenever you desire something or use your emotions, your attention moves to the left channel.
Your left energy channel begins at the 1st chakra (Mooladhara) and travels up the left side of your body, terminating on the right side of your brain. In our subtle system, this part of your brain is the superego. This is where our memories, habits, and conditionings reside. Everything that influences us – things your parents and friends taught you, your identification with your race, ethnicity, or nationality and its associated culture – is stored in your superego.

QUALITIES OF THE LEFT CHANNEL

The essential quality of the left energy channel is joy.  Remember when you were a young child and you’d wake up happy every morning? The joy carried by the left energy channel feels just like that. As adults, we long for that feeling.   This joy still lives within us and can be awakened through meditation.

BALANCE WITHIN LEFT CHANNEL

In its pure state, the left energy channel brings about emotional balance and helps us express the qualities of deep joy, pure love and compassion.

If  your left energy channel is in distress,  you may experience emotional extremes. It shows up as depression, lethargy, sadness, low self-esteem or guilt.

To return your left channel into a balanced state, all you need  ismeditation.  With Sahaja Yoga meditation techniques, you can easily renew your state of joy and emotional balance within

Like a Dust Particle

Following is the poem by Mataji Nirmaladevi when she was just seven years old.

Like a Dust Particle

I want to be smaller,
Like a dust particle
Which moves with the wind.
It goes everywhere.

Can go
Sit on the head of a king,

Or can go
And fall at the feet of someone.

And it can go
And sit everywhere.

But I want to be a particle of dust
That is fragrant,
That is nourishing,
That is enlightening.

Nirmala Salve, aged seven

who later became H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

Ten Adi Gurus as per Sahaja Yoga

If your question is about the importance of the 10 Adi Gurus described in Sahaja Yoga, their significance can be briefly understood as follows:

1. Abraham – An ideal of faith, trust, and righteousness.
2. Moses – The establishment of religious law, truth, and justice.
3. Raja Janaka – An ideal of self-realization and detachment while living in the world.
4. Socrates – Self-reflection, discernment, and the pursuit of truth.
5. Laozi – Simplicity, balance, and harmony with nature.
7. Guru Nanak – A message of devotion to God, equality, service, and love.
8. Kabir – The true experience of God beyond external rituals and appearances.
9. Zarathustra – The path of good thoughts, good words, and good deeds.

According to the teachings of Sahaja Yoga, these ten Adi Gurus are great guides who lead humanity toward righteousness, wisdom, truth, compassion, forgiveness, balance, and self-realization. Their purpose is to inspire people to awaken inwardly and live a righteous life.

The lives of the Adi Gurus teach us that true religion is found not merely in books, but is expressed through truth, love, forgiveness, and pure conduct

Depth on the Axis is more important than anything else

In Sahaja Yoga I don’t know you by your faces so much; I know you by your chakras, by your Sushumna, what sort of a Sushumna you have. If you have a deep Sushumna, I know you as a deep person. If you have a superficial Sushumna, I know you as a person with a very superficial type of a Sushumna. And even if you make up something by sort of being very nice or good, or talking about Sahaja Yoga or knowing too much about Sahaja Yoga and saying things which will baffle normally anyone as if you are masters of Sahaja Yoga, I know how deep you are.So, the depth on the axis is more important than anything else. Your axis has to be very deep. Now you will say that “Mother, the axis is the same as it is, so how can it be deep?” So, in the axis as you see is made in human beings, is like a three-and-a-half coiled paper-like thing, and the inside of it is the Brahma Nadi. The Brahma Nadi is a very, very small little, we can call a very, very hair-like thing where only a hair-like Kundalini can pass through. But when the person is deepthis Brahma Nadi is bigger, and all the rest of them which are coiled into each other are smaller; while the people who are not deep, their outside what you call the folding are bigger than the inside small thing. Now such people could be apparently very dynamic, may look very intelligent, may look very smart, may look to be very good-looking or whatever it may be outwardly, but inwardly they are not deep. Inwardly if they are deep, their whole attitude is beautiful. They are very joy-giving people, they are very joygiving. And the more if you meet a person of another kind, he may look joyous, he may try to give you joy, but the joy won’t be really that deep; it would be like a joy-killing. So, it is important for us to make our axis deeper, and that is where we lack the proper assiduity, the proper effort we have to put in.”

When Shri Adi Shakti commanded the Five Elements

When Shri Adi Shakti commanded the five elements.*

This incident dates back to July 1977. It was a period when Shri Mataji had begun sowing the seeds of Sahaja Yoga outside India, especially in Western countries.

In 1974, Shri Mataji’s husband, C.P. Srivastava Ji, was elected Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in London. After that, Shri Mataji’s visits to London became more frequent, and she began giving Self-Realization to seekers there.

This incident took place in Surrey, a county in England located southwest of London. At that time, Shri Mataji would stay at the house in Brompton Square, London, or travel to the rural areas of Surrey for small programs and meditation camps.

During these journeys, a small group of early Western Sahaja Yogis would accompany Shri Mataji in the car. These were mainly the initial practitioners from London who, on this occasion, were returning with Shri Mataji from a small meditation session.

*(These eyewitnesses later mentioned this incident exactly as it happened in Sahaja Yoga memoirs and books.)*

In the month of July, the weather in England suddenly changed and a terrible summer thunderstorm arrived. The rain was so heavy that the car’s wipers were completely ineffective, and nothing could be seen through the windshield.

The surrounding trees were swaying violently in the wind, and thunder was crashing. For the practitioner driving the car, moving forward had become almost impossible and life-threatening.

All of us practitioners sitting in the car were frightened. Then Shri Mataji, with complete calmness, asked that the car be stopped at the side of the road. She looked toward nature and raised her right hand toward the sky. She commanded the elements of nature (the five great elements) to become calm.

Instantly, all of us practitioners saw that as soon as Shri Mataji raised her hand, the dark clouds directly above her car and within a radius of a few meters around it immediately dispersed, and bright sunshine appeared under a blue sky.

The most astonishing thing was that this was not an ordinary change in the weather. A “protective shield” or “circle of light” had formed directly above the car.

As the car moved forward, that circle of clear sky and sunshine moved along with it, while just outside that circle (only a few feet away), the violent storm and torrential rain continued unabated.

All of us practitioners were amazed by this unbelievable sight and were silently offering our gratitude to Shri Mataji. Again and again, only one thought arose from our hearts...

Shri Mataji is the living embodiment of Shri Adi Shakti, and she can do anything.

Victory to Shri Mataji.

Ways and Methods to Improve Your VIBRATIONS

There are ways and methods to improve your vibrations.
For people who suffer from ego, I think best thing is to put your hands into the ice, right hand, may be. It may work out. Try it! But don’t prepare! Just push your hands into ice sometimes. It may work out. And for people who suffer from superego, little bit burning your hand on the candle may help. Just try!
Because the hands are not sensitive. So there is a heat or a cool too much. Either you are a frozen personality or you are a heated personality, you are not in the centre. So if you are a frozen personality, better melt it a little bit, try! I never said this before because half of you would have run away if I had said this! But don’t burn it to have blisters I am saying! Just a little bit, try to see that, if you burn your finger the sensitivity will improve. But someone is thinking just now that, “If you have both the problems, what do you do?” (laughter)
There are permutations and combinations because if you get out of your ego you have a big superego that comes up, and if you get after your superego the ego comes up. There then, the attention has to be brought here [Mother puts Her palm on Her Brahmarandhra]. And Sahaja Yogis know what it is, here to keep attention here. If you can keep your attention here, then you are above this, and if something drops out it drops out forever because you are standing here....
Nobody should feel higher because they are feeling vibrations or nobody should feel lower because they are not feeling vibrations. But if somebody tries to help you, don’t feel bad....
That doesn’t mean now [that] all of you should buy a bucket of ice and put your hands into it. You see this is the trouble with human beings, you tell them anything and you find them sitting with a bucket in the hand! (laughter) No, I’m just saying ‘try’. You see, because, you must know, I have no problems. All right?
You are all individuals, you are all professionals, you are research scholars. Keep your mind open and try and find out if it helps you. Every individual has individual problems. All these little, little problems you can solve yourself, because you have the light. You have the light of vibrations, the Spirit is with you, so you are independent.
I just give you guidelines, that doesn’t mean that you every day have a vision! No, horrible it is! But it has helped some people. May not be for everyone, this may suit or may not suit. But for left-sided people is better, I have seen.

What you can do, Caxton Hall, London (UK), 26 November 19.

It's all "Okay"

Don’t know who needs to hear this But,
It's okay to be an honest person.
Those who take advantage of you because of that will one day answer to "Her."
It's okay to ask for help.
We all need it at some point in our lives.
It's okay to be an average student or performer.
You came into this world to live, not to win.
It simply means you are someone who feels.
It's okay to quit and start again.
Sometimes, endings are what make new beginnings possible.
It's okay to take care of yourself.
In the end, you will be alone when you go to “her”.
It's okay to take the first step and fail.
That is how you learn, try again, and reach your destination.
Love is one of the most beautiful feelings we can experience in this world.
It's okay to feel anger toward those who harm humanity.
It's okay to be vocal against everything that is anti-human, anti-nature, anti-God, and anti-truth.
It's okay not to know everything,It's just okay.
Yes, It's all "Okay" 😇
Because, in the end,
that is the Ultimate Truth
