It's all "Okay"

Don’t know who needs to hear this But,
It's okay to be an honest person.
Those who take advantage of you because of that will one day answer to "Her."
It's okay to ask for help.
We all need it at some point in our lives.
It's okay to be an average student or performer.
You came into this world to live, not to win.
It simply means you are someone who feels.
It's okay to quit and start again.
Sometimes, endings are what make new beginnings possible.
It's okay to take care of yourself.
In the end, you will be alone when you go to “her”.
It's okay to take the first step and fail.
That is how you learn, try again, and reach your destination.
Love is one of the most beautiful feelings we can experience in this world.
It's okay to feel anger toward those who harm humanity.
It's okay to be vocal against everything that is anti-human, anti-nature, anti-God, and anti-truth.
It's okay not to know everything,It's just okay.
Yes, It's all "Okay" 😇
Because, in the end,
that is the Ultimate Truth

How to Do Sahaja Yoga Meditation at Home (Step by Step)*

If for some reason it is not possible to go to a center, we can also receive Self-Realization while sitting at home. Through this, we can experience the divine vibrations received through Sahaja Yoga, and with regular meditation, we can also attain greater depth. So let us understand the meditation process step by step. First, choose a quiet room in your home and sit comfortably on the floor or on a chair.

We should place a photograph of Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in front of us. If a photograph is not available, you may look carefully at an image of Mother on your mobile phone once and then close your eyes. Invoke the Adi Shakti (Shri Mataji) in your heart and pray, “O Revered Shri Mataji, please come into my heart. Mother, I wish to attain Self-Realization. Mother, please bless me and grant me my Self-Realization.”

Focus your attention on the very top of your head (the fontanel area), which in the language of yoga is called the Sahasrara. If too many thoughts arise, pay attention to the breathing process; hold your breath for a few moments and the thoughts will also stop. Understand the meditation steps properly before beginning the meditation. During meditation, pay attention to the position of both palms. Divine vibrations can be felt in the palms and at the fontanel area of the head.

*The meditation steps are as follows:*

1) Keep the left hand open in your lap. Place your right hand on your heart and pray, “O Revered Shri Mataji, in Your infinite grace, I am a pure soul.” (Repeat this seven times.) Keeping the hand in the same position, meditate on the heart for a few moments.

2) Place the right hand on the earth and pray, “O Revered Shri Mataji, please draw all obstacles from my left side into the earth element. Please bring balance to my left channel.” Keeping the hand in the same position, meditate for a few moments.

3) Bend the left arm at the elbow and raise it toward the sky. Keep the right hand open in the lap. Pray, “O Revered Shri Mataji, please draw all obstacles from my right side into the sky element. Please cleanse my right channel.” Meditate in this position for a few moments.

4) Place the right hand on your forehead and respectfully bow your head forward. Pray, “O Revered Shri Mataji, I have forgiven everyone, and I have forgiven myself as well.” Meditate in this state for some time.

5) Place your right hand on the top of your head at the fontanel area. Pray, “O Revered Shri Mataji, please grant us our Self-Realization.” While moving the palm in a circular motion over the fontanel area, repeat this prayer seven times. Move the hand up and down over the fontanel area once or twice and try to feel the vibrations. Gently place both palms in your lap facing upward.

Try to experience a cool breeze (divine vibrations) on your palms or above your head. Do not think about anything (thoughtless awareness). Simply remain peaceful and feel this divine love (supreme energy). The experience of Sahaja Yoga is best in collective meditation. According to Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga, true education and knowledge are not limited to bookish learning alone; rather, they are a means for a person's spiritual upliftment, balance, and character building. In her thoughts (Anmol Vichar), knowledge means Self-Realization and a balance between intellect and the heart.

Here are Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi’s main inspirational thoughts on Education and Knowledge:

📘 Thoughts on True Education (Anmol Vichar on Education)

Shri Mataji advocated for an “Enlightened Education” for children and young people:

Character Building: Merely being literate is not enough. If education cannot build a strong and pure character, it has no real value.

Balanced Development: Education should not remain limited to the intellectual level alone; it should also nurture a child’s mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

An Atmosphere of Love: Children should be raised and educated in an environment that is free from fear, spiritually nourishing, and filled with love.

Connection with Nature: True education teaches children to respect Mother Earth, plants, and natural resources.

💡 Thoughts on True Knowledge (Anmol Vichar on Knowledge/Vidya)

According to the principles of Sahaja Yoga, “Nirmal Vidya” or true knowledge is that which transforms a person from within:

Sahaja Library

Wisdom and Intelligence: True knowledge does not operate solely through rationality. Wisdom is the balance (fulcrum) between our heart (emotions) and mind (reason)

Experience Extraordinary Peace and Deep Inner Joy and Stability

In Sahaja Yoga, when our chakras remain purified and balanced, an extraordinary peace begins to emerge from within.
Especially when the Heart Chakra, Agnya Chakra, and Sahasrara are cleansed, a person experiences deep inner joy and stability.

When the Heart Chakra becomes pure, fear, insecurity, and restlessness begin to fade from the mind.
Love, compassion, and self-confidence awaken in the heart.
It feels as though some divine power within is supporting us and providing protection in every situation.

When the Agnya Chakra becomes clear, the burden of thoughts gradually starts to decrease.
The mind learns to forgive, and anger, ego, and old sorrows begin to dissolve.
When we forgive everyone from the heart, a beautiful state of thoughtless awareness manifests within, where only peace and silence are experienced.

After this, when the Sahasrara Chakra opens, the seeker’s connection begins to directly unite with the divine power of the Supreme.
This peace does not depend on external circumstances; rather, it is a divine peace arising from the soul itself.

Shri Mataji had explained that true peace is not found by searching outside, but awakens within through the purity of one’s chakras, meditation, and surrender to the Divine.
When a person’s heart becomes pure, the divine power of the Supreme naturally begins to flow through their life, and their life becomes filled with joy.

KEEP YOUR INTELLECT AND MIND IN BALANCE

According to Sahaj Yoga, the most precious idea for keeping the intellect and the mind in balance is “connecting the attention (Chitta) with the Self and attaining Thoughtless Awareness.”
When our attention turns away from the outer world and moves inward, the conflict between the intellect and the mind comes to an end.

⚖️ Why does imbalance between the intellect and mind occur?

Excess intellect (Right Side/Pingala Nadi): When we think too much, make constant plans for the future, and search for logic in everything. This increases stress and ego.

Excess mind/emotions (Left Side/Ida Nadi): When we get carried away by emotions, remain lost in memories of the past, and become slaves to desires. This leads to lethargy and depression.

🕊️ Precious teachings and principles of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

According to Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaj Yoga, the main principles for balancing the intellect and mind are as follows:

The Self is the ultimate truth: You are not this body, mind, intellect, or emotions. You are only a pure soul. When you accept this truth, both the ego of the intellect and the restlessness of the mind become calm.

Keep your attention on the Sahasrara: Always keep your attention on the upper part of the head (Sahasrara Chakra). This brings peace to the attention and quiets thoughts.

Live in the present: The mind runs toward the past and the intellect runs toward the future.
Balance exists only in the “present moment,” which naturally happens through Kundalini energy after Self-Realization.

Thoughtless Awareness: A meditative state in which there are no thoughts within you, yet you remain completely aware. In this state, the mind and intellect achieve perfect balance.

Self-Realization: First awaken your Kundalini energy.

Daily meditation: Sit quietly every morning and evening for 10–15 minutes with the spine straight and meditate.

Footsoaking: Every night, place your feet in warm salt water. This process absorbs the excess heat (stress) of the mind and intellect.

Prayer for balance: During meditation, place your right hand on the heart and your left hand toward the sky, and pray for your mind and intellect to become balanced.

When the Kundalini energy passes through the central channel (Sushumna), it establishes a person in the present. After this, the intellect becomes discerning and the mind becomes completely peaceful and joyful.

Laziness is a hollow trap that devours both the present and the future. If you truly want to fulfill your dreams, become active starting today. Trust your abilities, work hard, and improve your life. Remember, success kisses the feet of those who make good use of time, not those who remain drowned in laziness. Rise, awaken, and move toward a better tomorrow in your life.

True Spirituality

True spirituality is that which enables a person to experience the purity within themselves and the truth of the Divine.
It is not merely about going to temples, performing rituals, or putting on an external show, but rather a path to purifying one’s heart.
When love, compassion, forgiveness, humility, and truth begin to awaken within a person, true spirituality begins.

It gives peace to the mind, purifies thoughts, and provides the right direction in life.
A person who walks the path of spirituality gradually begins to move away from evils such as anger, ego, jealousy, and greed.

By helping others, spreading love, and performing good deeds, they make their life beautiful.
When the soul connects with the Divine, the light of joy, contentment, and divinity begins to spread within the person.

That is why it is said that true spirituality not only makes a person a better human being, but also helps them understand the true meaning of life.

The Final Battle of Kali Yuga and the Establishment of Satya Yuga

The Final Battle of Kali Yuga and the Establishment of Satya Yuga

In the Indian Sanatan tradition, four ages (Yugas) are described — Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dvapara Yuga, and Kali Yuga. Among these, Kali Yuga is considered a time when human attention turns away from spirituality toward materialism, ego, anger, greed, and falsehood. But after every darkness comes light, so it is said that at the end of Kali Yuga there will be a great transformation, called the “Final Battle,” followed by the “Establishment of Satya Yuga.”

What is the Final Battle of Kali Yuga?

This battle is not only an external war, but also an inner struggle taking place within human beings. It is the conflict between truth and falsehood, righteousness and unrighteousness, love and hatred, consciousness and ignorance.

When injustice, violence, selfishness, and unrighteousness increase in the world, divine power works to awaken humanity. At this time, people must conquer the evils within themselves — such as anger, jealousy, ego, and greed. This is the real battle.

Religious scriptures say that at the end of Kali Yuga, a great transformation will occur in human consciousness. People will seek truth and move toward spiritual awakening.

Satya Yuga is not merely a change of time, but a transformation of consciousness. When more people experience the connection between the soul and the Divine within themselves, love, peace, truth, and righteousness will begin to be established in society.

Characteristics of Satya Yuga:

- Compassion and love will increase within people
- Religion will not mean external display, but inner purity
- People will respect nature and humanity
- Truth and justice will be valued
- Minds will become calm and balanced

Views of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi explained that the present time is a period of great spiritual transformation. According to her, through self-realization and awakening of consciousness, human awareness can rise to a higher state. She said that true transformation will come only when people recognize the divine power within themselves, and that this will mark the beginning of a new age.

She explained that this transformation will not come through fear or destruction, but through spiritual awakening and the development of collective consciousness.

The Real Message

The final battle of Kali Yuga happens within us before it happens outside. When we eliminate negativity from within ourselves and embrace love, truth, and righteousness, Satya Yuga begins in our own lives.

The true Satya Yuga is where human beings experience the light of the Divine within themselves and illuminate the world with that same light. See less

Divine resides within every Human Being

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi gave humanity the most beautiful teaching that “a part of the Divine resides within every human being.”

That is why she taught people not only through words, but through her life and love, that true religion is to love one another.

Shri Mataji used to say that as long as a person keeps seeing only external differences — such as caste, religion, language, color, or country — true love cannot awaken in the heart. But the moment a person experiences the Spirit, the heart becomes vast, and one begins to see the light of the same Divine in every person.

Through Sahaja Yoga, she enabled millions of people to experience that love is not an obligation or a show, but the natural power of the Spirit. When inner peace and purity arise, a person learns to forgive the mistakes of others. Anger, jealousy, and hatred gradually begin to disappear from the mind, and in their place compassion, kindness, and a sense of belonging begin to grow.

Shri Mataji taught that —

Her love was not limited to words alone. She embraced every person like her own child — no matter what country, culture, or circumstances they came from. In her presence, people felt for the first time that change in the world can come not through hatred, but through love and forgiveness.

She explained that true love is that in which there is no selfishness, no expectation, and no ego. Such love purifies a person from within and creates an atmosphere of unity, peace, and brotherhood in society.

Even today, this very teaching of Shri Mataji continues to illuminate the lives of millions of people —
Love every human being, because all are children of the same Divine. When love awakens in the heart, only then does the world truly become beautiful.”

Innocence and purity of Ganesha be spread in the World

The innocence which Ganesha has should spread in the whole world.
We should understand the importance of Kundalini, because she is Gauri. Kundalini is Gauri. Today is Gauri Puja. Gauri Puja in the month of Chaitra is special. It means that before installation of Ganapati, we have installed Gauri in the month of Chaitra [March, April]. Gauri who created Ganapati is the Gauri from Chaitra and we all believe that. In the same way, our Shalivahan’s have given it so much importance that Gudi Padwa starts on the 1st day of the Chaitra month, because Gauri first is the Shakti, who started the work, to start any work first we worship Ganesha, this is also done by Gauri.
Gauri has put Ganesha in the temporal world or universe so that the innocence which Ganesha has should spread in the whole world. And before anyone else she established Chaitanya in the form of Ganesha [chaitanya – the Spirit, the consciousness that knows itself and also knows others] for the whole world and spread it everywhere. Then we will do whatever is required but first is the Spirit, the consciousness [Chaitanya]. The Kundalini of the world, Mother Gauri has done this work. The importance of this day is that it is the beginning. She created Shri Ganesha on her on own, no contribution from Sadashiva. She has not yet met Sadashiva. So, the virgin Gauri created Ganapati from her powers, because she is Shakti Swaroopa [the form of the Shakti], she can do anything, and that Ganapati is pure, holy, which is in the form of Chaitanya, was made.
So, she has done the work of Mother, where Father is not involved, on her own, and because of her courage and you all have also got Realization in the same way. A virgin who creates a child is not possible in our society, the one who is in pure form, it’s impossible. But the one who does the impossible is the Spirit. If it were doing the things which are possible, then it would be a human being, so that is why Gauri is the Parmeshwari Shakti – the divine power- as she has done the impossible thing, and this impossible thing has happened in you today. You have got rebirth and it is done by your Mother.
The Kundalini Shakti which is there with in you has done the miracle and has given you a rebirth and still she has not met Sadashiva, the time to meet Sadashiva has not come yet, because of that only you have become Realized souls.
Such is Gauri the “Mother”, a pure virgin, pure power, and when this power rises within you, she makes you pure. She brings purity in you. There are some people who don’t have a clean heart, they come to Sahaja Yoga, but they keep on doing wrong things. There are so many people. Sahaja Yoga is there, Shri Mataji has blessed us, we got a car, a house, our business is set up nicely, everything. But how do you behave? You act in falsehood, you are not sincere in Sahaja Yoga, you are deceptive towards your Mother, you lie to Her, you are deceptive towards yourself, with other Sahaja Yogis, then you will have to face consequences.
Today Sahaja Yoga has reached such a stage; that today’s day is special as we have started Vishwa Nirmala Dharma- first thing. It is such a huge thing that we have started Vishwa Dharma, which has people from all religions. People from all religions from the world are involved in this Vishwa Dharma.
Today when we stand in this Vishwa Dharma we have started a new history, of new people. So, today’s day is very auspicious day. Whatever is happening, being created, it is all happening by the grace of God. So, there should be no doubt, but if your mind [ghagari- clay pot represents our head] is full of stupid thoughts [stones] then how will knowledge retain in such minds [water retain in such pots]? So, you should have clean hearts, if you come in Sahaja Yoga with impurity in your hearts, then you are going to face problems in Sahaja Yoga, this is the second thing I am making it very clear this time.
Till now, whatever you did I was facing all your problems. You people behaved in any way you liked and I faced all your problems, your Mother faced all your problems, but now you have grown up. Now don’t behave like that, otherwise you will have to face the consequences. So, everyone with a clean heart and mind, without any doubts, you should come in Sahaja Yoga, work hard, understand what is Sahaja Yoga, understand yourself and understand others, give respect and treat everyone with dignity in Sahaja Yoga, value yourself and as per your reputation behave that way, then only this auspicious start will work out.
Forget whatever has happened, whatever wrong you must have done in Sahaja Yoga, from today decide that we will behave in the same way which suits to Sahaja Yoga as we are Sahaja yogis, we should say this in the beginning, in the middle and at the end, say it three times that “we are Sahaja Yogis”, we will not do this, we won’t do this as this is wrong. We should start today’s day with this resolution, means Gauri, how courageous she was, in the same way you should be courageous. She is there inside you, Gauri, she is sitting inside you, only you should give her a place to sit, and a place to sit in your heart, means you are so courageous, your heart should be so clean and pure to offer a place to Gauri, what all qualities you must have inside you, taking in to account all that give a place to Gauri in your heart and the fruits of Shakti will also begin from today.
You will see all the fruits of Shakti. Lots of extraordinary work will be done by you people, all this will start. So, there is only one importance of today’s puja, correct your Ganpati and start the work with determination, and dedicate ourselves to Sahaja Yoga, with pure and clean heart surrender to Sahaja Yoga, and be good Sahaja Yogis, we should take this pledge today.

Anger Destroys a Person's Peace and Wisdom

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi said that anger destroys a person’s peace and wisdom. According to her, anger should not be suppressed; rather, it can be calmed through inner purity and meditation.

She suggested a few main ways to reduce anger:

- Learn to forgive — Shri Mataji said, “Forgiveness is the greatest power.” Forgiving lightens the heart and gradually dissolves anger.
- Observe yourself — Instead of reacting immediately when anger arises, look within and understand where the ego, stress, or expectations are coming from.
- Experience the cool power — She explained that divine power is cool and peaceful. Experiencing the “cool breeze” during meditation helps balance the mind.
- Increase love and compassion — Where there is true love, anger cannot stay for long.
- Release negativity to the Earth with the left hand — In Sahaja Yoga, there is also a practice of surrendering negativity and anger to Mother Earth.

One of her beautiful thoughts was:

> “You cannot change anyone through anger, but with love and patience, you can change a great deal.”

Formless Divine Power and Three Gunas (Qualities)

DIVINE SAHAJYOG
Focus Your Attention Towards the Formless Divine Power
Those who practice Sahaja Yoga should remember that while living in this physical form, we are meant to become mediums of the formless Divine. We have to rise higher. Our attention should be towards the formless, towards the Divine Chaitanya (vibrations), and we should observe the Chaitanya flowing within us.
If you are still satisfied only with the outer physical form, then you cannot progress further. You must attain the formless state within, through which your inner creative powers will grow.
The Shri Ganesha whom you worship in form must be attained in the formless state. You must establish Him within yourself. It is not enough to simply offer flowers and return; everyone does that. They may worship the Mother, worship Gauri, but the real purpose is to imbibe their divine powers within yourself. Through this, you can purify your attention, mind, intellect, and speech.
— Shri Nirmala Mataji
28.09.1988
The Three Gunas (Qualities)
1. Tamasic People
Ignorance, irreligion, arguments, fear, sorrow, guilt, inertia, laziness, immoral behavior, cruelty, and dreadful actions are all tamasic qualities. Such a person becomes extremely manipulative and cunning. Indirectly and deceitfully, they try to trouble others. Tamasic people often suffer from psychosomatic illnesses.
2. Rajasic People
Desires, ambitions, attachment, hatred, jealousy, delusion, pride, cravings, and ego are rajasic qualities. Aggressive behavior is also rajasic in nature. Such people create problems for themselves and their families. A rajasic person insists strongly on their own opinions and imposes them on others. However, if you closely observe their life, it is often miserable. They struggle to maintain harmony with others and cannot communicate peacefully. There exists a large gap between their soul and their existence.
3. Sattvic People
Truth, wisdom, detachment, faith, love, and contentment are sattvic qualities. Sattvic people believe in righteousness and spirituality. However, even religious people may sometimes develop feelings of disregard toward unrighteous individuals

Self Realisatiofn and Blissful Life

Giving you Self-realization is my first task; the second task is to provide you with a blissful life. If you have physical ailments, then the Adi Shakti will take care of them with full power; your problems will be removed. That power is comforting and at the same time it protects you.

Through the awakening of Kundalini Shakti,
diseases of the body and mind are removed.

The founder of Sahaja Yoga, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Ji, has described the awakening of Kundalini and its special qualities in the following way. There are many illusions in the human consciousness; when these illusions are shattered, the consciousness becomes radiant and blissful.

Through Kundalini awakening, many of your illusions disappear. Kundalini is not merely imagination but a living power residing within human beings. This power exists in all human beings, and in an ordinary person its awakening happens spontaneously. Its awakening does not occur through any ritualistic practices, nor is its awakening possible if a person has committed evil deeds.

Because even in worthiness, Kundalini does not examine a person’s past actions. Kundalini is righteous and is the Mother in a witnessing state. Yet it knows what goodness and what evil exist within a person. By the grace of Kundalini, diseases of the body and mind are removed. Kundalini Shakti is the willpower of Goddess Bhagwati.

By the mere wish of Mother Bhagwati, it awakens in the Sushumna Nadi. In the form of vibrations of consciousness, it begins to flow within you, cleansing all three coverings of your body, mind, and ego.

May it happen, may the consciousness become pure, and if your ego comes to an end, then you begin to receive the blessings of the Spirit. Divine vibrations flow from the Spirit because now the flame of the Spirit’s light begins to burn in a pure manner. Through your own experience, the illusions arising from being connected with falsehood will be destroyed.

Although the Brahman principle is like the sun, its rays are reflected upon the water of falsehood and make our consciousness unstable; but when your consciousness itself becomes Brahman, this will no longer remain. By becoming one with the loving God and through meditation upon Him, all these illusions will disappear.

This power of collective consciousness that has awakened within you (after Self-realization) is the Brahma Shakti, which exists throughout the entire universe, in every particle, in various forms. In inanimate objects it is inert power, in living beings it is the power of beauty, in the awakened state it is Krishna Shakti, in Sahaja Yoga it is Chaitanya Shakti, in the Supreme Being it is valor, and within Goddess Bhagwati it is the primal cosmic power.

(Immortal sayings of Shri Mataji, Chaitanya Lahari, 2005)

Relationship between Meditation and Divine Energy

Sahaj Yoga –
The Relationship Between Meditation and Divine Energy
Meditation is an important means to bring balance and peace to human life. According to Sahaj Yoga, meditation is not just a mental exercise, but a process of awakening the soul. It connects us directly to our inner divine energy.
Sahaj Yoga was founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, who explained that every human being has a subtle energy within, known as the Kundalini Shakti.
This energy rises through the chakras located in our body and, by touching the Sahasrara chakra, connects us to divine energy. When a person meditates through Sahaj Yoga, this process happens naturally (sahaj).
After the awakening of Kundalini, a person experiences peace, joy, and cool vibrations within.
These vibrations are considered the direct experience of divine energy. Sahaj Yoga teaches that divine energy is not outside, but exists within us.
Through meditation, when our mind reaches a state of thoughtless awareness, we can clearly feel this energy. This experience not only leads to spiritual growth but also brings balance, morality, and positivity into our daily life.
Thus, from the perspective of Sahaj Yoga, the relationship between meditation and divine energy is very deep and direct. Through meditation, a person can awaken their inner Kundalini energy, unite with divine consciousness, and make life more peaceful, balanced, and joyful.
Austerity (Tapasya) is also Mental,
Verbal, and Physical
Controlling the mind from indulging in the pleasures of the senses is mental austerity. Speaking untruth or observing silence is verbal austerity. Fasting or giving physical discomfort to the body for fulfilling desires, such as in Hatha Yoga practices, are forms of physical austerity.
Austerity is the foundation of spiritual life. Saint Tulsidas glorified it by saying, “Tap is the basis of all creation.” A disciplined person determines the direction of their life, while ordinary people remain dependent on circumstances.
Through the energy of austerity, even unfavorable situations can be turned favorable. In fact, austerity is a scientific process with certain limits. Acting irrationally is not considered true austerity.
Avoiding salt, walking barefoot, or staying hungry may cause physical discomfort, but they do not necessarily bring spiritual benefits. Austerity should be practiced with a clear and determined purpose, following a proper path.
Austerity awakens our dormant impressions (sanskaras) and accelerates our spiritual growth. Its purpose is not only to gain energy but also to preserve and properly utilize it.
One who conserves energy becomes powerful. Austerity is not a miracle, but a means of self-refinement. Sahaj Yoga is one such refinement, where miracles happen naturally through tapasya—and this tapasya is meditation.
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi explained a simple method of meditation in Sahaj Yoga. By following its principles and meditating twice daily, one attains purity.
With regular meditation, the subtle channels (nadis) are purified, and we begin to feel the flow of divine energy (cool breeze in the palms).
This divine energy brings remarkable changes in our lives. We become healthier and can help others as well. Meditation awakens our inner qualities through the activation of chakras.
One can become a Sahaj Yogi while living a family life and fulfilling all responsibilities.
Ego is the biggest obstacle on the path of austerity. Therefore, to attain the Divine, ego must be surrendered. Even demons performed intense austerities and received boons, but due to ego, they misused that energy.
Sahaj Yoga provides positive energy.
Even if someone practices it with a negative mindset, their thinking gradually changes. This transformation guides us in the right direction in life.

The Opening of SHASRARA

I have come many times and taken birth many times. Many of you know it but Sahasrara was not opened. Nothing happened except crying weeping and wasting away all such lives. You could not achieve anything. The opening of Sahasrara only happened in this birth.
That too, I was working away in the nights’ end on, I used to enter inside kundalinis of everyone to find out what the problem is in this motor and that motor. And that too by being with my family, the last stage of Sahaja yoga, which we say the opening of Sahasrara, has happened. That’s why we celebrate 5th May as the Sahastrar day. That day when the Sahasrara opened up, your Sahasrara also opened up.
This means that day the super consciousness came into this world. That’s why you all feel the vibrations. You may ask why not many years ago? Only one in many used to get this and could achieve much. Supra consciousness was needed. God’s kingdom had to come. The sensitivity of that had to be spread in the world. Otherwise, the belief in God would have broken off. Else the world would have drowned away. And Satya yuga wouldn’t have started.
Satya yuga has started. And Satya yuga means that just any other worthless thing will not work. Satya yuga started from the day cancer started in this world. No hanky panky can go on now. You have to stand in dharma. If you do not stand in dharma, you will go towards excessiveness.
Earlier you may have heard a lot of people who used to have one peg a day. Now it does not happen like that. Now a ten year or a fifteen-year-old boy who starts on alcohol turns alcoholic within two years. Everything has become speedy and because of speediness, it won’t work now. Man has to become dharmic now and rise in his dharma. One who does not rise will be defeated. He will have to see losses, mentally, physically, emotionally. All types of losses. And he will see in front of his eyes that he is getting all these painful things. He will understand this. This is a special time.
You can say the time of transition to get down to Satya Yuga. Before fully getting down in Satya yuga, before establishing that your sensitivity should improve. This physical body of yours has the central nervous system and you should get the light of divine on your central nervous system. Till now it is only in the parasympathetic and you have god in your hearts. But this light should come onto your central nervous system and flow in the form of vibrations like it is described. When you understand this completely and study this only then Satya yuga will be established inside you fully. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

SAMADHI AND CHAKRAS

This is the trouble with you. You read some nonsensical books - Samadhi, Bindu, this, that, all that. Now please forget it, please forget all these things. Sama-dhi, Samadhi means, first is the Nirvichara Samadhi. First is Nirvichara Samadhi that you achieve and the Kundalini just comes out of your head. Sama-dhi means, the dhi means the buddhi. And when it has got enlightenment it means Samadhi. So first of all, the buddhi gets enlightened - I just now I told you about that only, the first enlightenment. Now, the Bindu and this and that are higher stages. Ardha Bindu, then Bindu and then Valaya. But you should not be futuristic, just now if you have read some book no use trying to show off that. That's not a good thing. Just try to see what you are. Why do you want to talk about things which - which do not concern at this stage? Just now, supposing you are going by bullock cart, why do you want to ask about the airplane? Just now you go by bullock cart, then you get into the train, then you get into the airplane. All right? One by one, not like this. Because you have read the book, it doesn't mean that you are supposed to know everything. All these books are written by some sort of crankish fellows who have read something here and there and have put it down. But you must experience. I'm your Mother, so I don't want to give you big ideas, this and that. I want you to do the way we have to move. As a mother would say, "Now, this is the way you are. Now you are in the first class, so pass your first exam. Then you'll go into the second class, then pass your exam". Everybody has to go that way to mature properly; there should be no immaturity in a personality. So all these books that you have read you better throw them away, there's no good. But if it is by some realized souls you can keep them and think that they are higher people and we have to be at their stage. Only by reading the book you don't become those personalities, do you?...
(Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi 1983-02-04)
God has created fourteen levels within us. If you simply count them, then you know that there are seven chakras within us. Beside these, there are two more chakras, about which you do not talk much. They are the Chakra of Moon (Lalita) and Chakra of Sun (Shri). Then there is Hamsa Chakra. Thus, there are three more. Seven plus three makes ten. Then there are four chakras above Sahasrara. And about these chakras also I have told you: Ardha-bindu, Bindu, Valaya, and Pradakshina. These are the four. After coming to Sahaja Yoga and after your Sahasrara has opened, you have to pass through these four chakras, Ardha-bindu, Bindu, Valay, and Pradakshina. After passing through these four chakras only you can say that you have become a Sahaja yogi. And if you see from another angle, we have to cross fourteen stages in reaching up to Sahasrara. If you divide them then there are seven chakras situated on the Ida Nadi and seven on the Pingala Nadi. ... This 'fourteen' is very important in Kundalini Shashtra (science). Very important. It's a very important thing. We should fully understand that we become entitled to the blessings of Sahaja Yoga only after rising above these fourteen stages.
(14th Sahasrara Day 1983)
[Yogi: Shri Mother, could You say something about the Bindu and the higher chakras above that?] Shri Mataji: You see, I don't think you should worry too much about these. There's three stages higher than Sahasrara. I would suggest just now let us concentrate on Sahasrara, is a better idea. But Bindu, Ardha-Bindu and Valaya are the three stages in which one has to pass through later on, and you would pass gradually when you develop yourself horizontally. That's what we have started now, so let us keep to this idea that we have to develop ourself horizontally. We should see how we affect the other person, how we influence the another person. (1987-0506)
Within us, as you know, there are seven chakras for your ascent and two above it. So all these nine chakras are to be crossed in this life time. That should be your destiny.
(9th Day of Navaratri 1988)
In Sanskrit language, a bangle is called as valaya and that is the last stage which one has to reach in one’s ascent. That means the complete. (1986-0921)
