Sahaja yoga is known worldwide for its utility in living stress free life. Stress has become so common that people are always on the move to find out some remedy for it. Sahaja yoga founded by Mataji Nirmaladevi is one of such known and applied tool, which gives sure effect. Further it is free whole the life, because it is the gift of Adishakti Mataji Nirmaladevi to us all.
It is very simple to understand and follow. But you need to practise it with complete faith and then it show its results. Once the person is aware of this and joins it, it is hard to distance oneself . May be due to compelling business commitments, pressure at work, family responsibilities and so many such barriers, one can surely find time to meditate every day. It is just a matter of few minutes. Mataji had long back said that i am always with everybody who meditates twice in a day as tought. So let us bow before these lotus feet and be under her cover and protection. World today is really in need of such protective cover. Surely Mataji would bless us all with her holy power and love of mother.
You can have a look at following example from India, which appeared in one of the news papers few days ago -
Harvinder Singh, country manager of United Airlines, India shared how he likes to de-stress with ET Panache. “My biggest stress buster is Sahaja Yoga meditation that I have been practicing for almost 14 years. I also conduct workshops for educational institutions, corporate houses, NGOs etc. as my personal contribution to society,” he said.
For those unfamiliar with the concept, Sahaja Yoga is ‘a method of meditation based on an experience called self realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.’
Stress management is an area that is specifically targeted by this school of meditation. “The only way to fight stress (imbalance) is to be in complete balance. To ascend in balance is what Sahaja Yoga is all about. But who would provide us the balance or the ascent? Will it come from outside? ‘Know thyself’ ..is the main theme of all the scriptures. The power to change has to come from within our own selves - One has to realize and understand oneself from within instead of tackling it from outside or forcing it mentally,”
Jai Shri Mataji.
