Miraculous Escape from Car on Fire

Experience of one of the Sahajayogi as described in one of the facebook post.  It clearly shows how Mataji Nirmaladevi takes care of her children in every calamity.  Matajis love and net of protection is great support to all disciples.

Experience of miraculous escape -

Paulina experiences a miracle On a recent grey Friday morning, I came to a rental car office to pick up my rental car. The young woman behind the counter gave me Ford Renegade, because it had fewer miles than the other available vehicle and I had 550 miles to go. The Renegade had just a bit over 28,000 miles on the clock. I loved the car, promptly dashed home to pick up my luggage, my husband’s suitcase and some other bits and bobs that I thought would be needed. With NPR on the radio, WAZE GPS on the phone and mirrors fully adjusted, I was ready to whistle all the way to Charleston, WV. The GPS put me on i78W and like an obedient child I followed every instruction to the t. I was in the middle lane of the three lane express side of the highway, no more than 30-40 minutes outside of the city of New York when I heard an engine noise. With trucks zooming at 75 mph all around me, going under an underpass, I could only assume that it was a rumble of a passing truck. It took me no more than a few minutes to realize that the noise came from my car! Initial thought of getting off at the next exit was inexplicably replaced by a need to get of the highway immediately. Cutting across the other lanes, without giving any thought to surrounding truck traffic, I barely managed to edge to the shoulder when flames exploded in front of my face, thankfully on the other side of the windscreen.

The hyperawareness of one’s surroundings is a bit like an out-of-body experience, or, more precisely, of a totally detached witness, at the same time being fully aware of the surroundings and, most importantly the source of my miraculous help.
After the firemen put out the flames, there was only a burned out metal carcass that remained. I had an unexplained urge to get to the car, but the policeman would not let me near. After badgering the firemen, I was allowed to see the remains, but only in the presence of the professionals and not too close.
There was nothing left the car but burnt metal and ash. I walked around, starting from the back and going clockwise. I was kept several feet away from the car, but when I got to the front window on the passengers’ side, I though I saw something peeking from the black char. It was a white corner edge gleaming on the seat. I lunged, grabbed the edge and pulled Shri Mataji’s photo out of ashes. The frame was slightly burned, but the smile was unmistakably there and the photo largely undamaged!
The only things that survived this disastrous event were Shri Mataji’s photo and me!

The Mystery of GOD

“The Mystery of God.”

Music plays a very dynamic role in human life, one has to understand that. One of the mysteries I was describing to you, last time, also, created by naad, they call it ‘naad’, you can say the logos or the first sound, the Om, the Brahma. The sound, first time, the sound that was created, when the Primordial Mother, or the Primordial Power, of Divine Love, the Power of God, separated from God Himself. God was the Witness; Witness of the Play of the Divine Power.
There is no difference between the two. God Almighty, and His Power are just like the sun and his rays. For us, for human beings, this is impossible to conceive the mystery. Moreover, in our ego, we think that we can understand Him, is another mystery for me. But, to me it’s a very sweet thing to see human beings trying to comprehend the mystery of God. It’s like a little child trying to understand the table work of his father; or could be much more.
But this sound, the first sound, which is described as also ‘logos’ I believe, is the sound of this Primordial Power, of this Divine Power, that has created the whole universe. Now one may say that, “How are we to believe that this sound exists?” Of course, one should not believe. But whether you believe or not, it exists! So why not discover it. Instead of discarding something, why not discover it? Is a better way of looking at things. You should keep yourself absolutely open, and see for yourself if it is true or not.
For any scientific man, it is important to be an open-minded person. If he is bound by some traditional ideas or some sort of old-fashioned ideas or some sort of hypocritical ideas, or fanatical ideas, such a person cannot be a scientist. For any scientist it is important to be a very open-minded man, objective and not subjective. You remain subjectively very controversial when you are not Self-realised. Before that every. subject is a different subject. ....
Everybody is a different person subjectively. Some person like a blonde lady, someone likes with the dark hair, and everybody has a different idea. There’s nothing like absolute among people, naturally, because they have not reached their absolute. So you are absolutely subjective. For music or for anything, whatever you like, is all subjective..
But still it is subjective depending on the conditioning of people. I mean for example Indians like a particular type of colours and English like another type; everyone likes different. So some absolute has to be found out. So everything that is subjective is useless for a scientist, no doubt, but scientists have not reached their absolute either......
There’s something illusory about the whole thing because what you think today as the truth doesn’t remain as the truth tomorrow. So there’s some sort of an illusion that is working in between. Something you like in childhood, you may not like it in your old age. It’s all the time changing. The subjective mood depends on so many things: your family, your treatment, your childhood, your parents, your relations, the country you are born in, the culture you are brought up in. Everything gives you this personality which has that subjective feelings or subjective understanding....
Everything may change in this world but that Truth remains. If you have this faith within you – that He loves you – despite the fact that you have had bad problems. It’s all human beings who create problems for you, God doesn’t create any problem for you. You do not know how much He looks after you. How many problems you have created for Him so that there is a barrier between His grace and you. People have created mountains and mountains between Him and themselves! They don’t want to have Him. He’s there to pour down all that He has and here such a big balloon of an ego carrying you through without receiving a single drop of that grace.
So, we have to understand, that we are still children, and children have to behave like children. Not to say that we know everything. Actually you don’t know anything, I would say, till you have got your Realisation.
His love never changes. Then His love is victorious – victorious.

Daily Meditation and Foot Soaking very important

You must get up early in the morning.  In the morning, after getting up early and taking your bath, one must sit for meditation.

There is not much to be done: just meditate and keep yourself clean, keep your physical side clean. However, for you I have told you one important thing. As it is said that everyone must go to bathroom and clean oneself after getting up in the morning, similarly, for Sahaja Yogies, it is extremely important to do foot soaking for at least five minutes before going to bed. However highly evolved you may be, and even if you may not be getting caught, but it doesn’t matter: you must do foot soaking for at least five minutes. Even I do foot soaking sometimes, so that my Sahaja Yogies will imbibe this habit. It’s a very good habit. All Sahaja Yogies must do foot soaking for at least for five minutes every day. All Sahaja Yogies should light a lamp before the photograph, apply sindur , dip their feet in the water and sit in this fashion, opening out both the palms towards the photograph. If you do this, more than half of your problems would be solved automatically. Whatever happens, it is not difficult to spare five minutes.

--H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi - May 29th, 1976, Mumbai

Following are various benefits of meditation and foot soaking as found on various health blogs.

The emotional benefits of meditation can include:

·         Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations.

·         Building skills to manage your stress.

·         Increasing self-awareness.

·         Focusing on the present.

·         Reducing negative emotions.

·         Increasing imagination and creativity.

·         Increasing patience and tolerance.

Even as reflexology demonstrates, your entire body is represented by and connected to your feet. Therefore, caring for and nurturing your feet can bring health and well-being to all of your limbs and organs. Here are just a few health benefits that result when you immerse your feet in a relaxing hot water bath.

Foot baths increase your overall body temperature, which can relieve muscle and mental tension, alleviate stress and increase white blood cell activity. All of this boosts your immune system, which prevents sickness and increases your overall health and well-being.

Foot baths are naturally soothing, and just one foot soak has the power to calm the mind and the body into a state of relaxed bliss. This improves cognitive function, helps boost creativity and work habits, leads to better sleep and improves your overall mood. Adding aromatherapy or essential oils to your foot bath can increase these health benefits, leading to ultimate tranquility and a wholly satisfying way to unwind after a stressful day.

Surrender once and then Divine Power will take care of you

“The wisdom can only come through honest introspection.”

Especially in Sahaj Yoga, if you think, “I am doing any work,” better not do it. But if you think, “I am doing nothing!” and what joy; what joy it is!
You will become so energetic, because once you surrender, then the Divine power starts flowing through you. That’s why Mohammed Sahib has said ‘Islam’ – means “to surrender”. He’s said it about me also, that “I’ll send you…” He called me ‘The Sent One’. And everything He’s talked about, having the vibrations and all that, in His own style. But He said that the message should be of surrender.
And that surrendering part has to be there because Shri Krishna, in Gita, has very clearly said that, “Forget every dharma, just surrender yourself to me.” And that surrendering, if the Sahaj Yogis develop in America, the rest I’ll look after. But you leave it to me to do it. And then ideas and everything will start flowing because this is Virata’s place. That’s why you have such great scientists here, such great schools for all kinds of intellectual work and all that is here. ...
So they might be intelligent, they might be well-read, they might be able to discover something out of matter, but they do not have wisdom. And the wisdom can only come through honest introspection. But it should not be also, “I am catching on this chakra, I’m catching on that chakra.” Not that. But, “Why am I not seeing the point? What’s the matter with me? Why can’t I understand what is Sahaj Yoga?”
Even when you have become Sahaj Yogis now, for years together, still these old nonsensical things stick on to you, these ideas stick on to you. Why? Why do we not have that purity of Divine discretion which sees everything so clearly?
So I think we need collectivity, first of all, and secondly meditative honesty. Just to meditate, sit down before the photograph, do the meditation – no! Meditation should act, should work. If it does not work, something wrong with you; absolutely something wrong.
If you feel everything is working all right, everything is miraculously showing its presence, the presence of the Paramchaitanya, then you are all right. But if it is not so, if there are problems, then you are not, you are not a Sahaj Yogi.
Sahaj Yogi is the one who is completely connected with this Paramachaitanya; and for that age is no bar.

Jago Kundalini Ma, Karo Sabpe Kripa

Kundalini is the divine force in our body.  With the blessings of Mataji Nirmaladevi we can get to know her, get out enlightenment and raising of our kundalini.   We then feel vibrations, we become distinct from other people.  We can make correct choice between pure and impure, right and wrong, ethical and unethical.  It makes total transformation.  Rise of Kundalini from Muladhar to Sahastrar is not easy task, but with the kripa of Mataji it can happen instantly. One has to just surrender self, ego, wisdom, come with a clean slate and then Mataji would teach you the path of kundalini.

Jai Shri Mataji Nirmaladevi and Jai Kundalini Ma.

Following is the song of Kundalini as read by me on one facebook post by someone sonia, which is just reproduced for your information.

Jai shri Mataji

 Song Of Kundalini

As the coiled energy Kundalini
Rises towards sahasrara,
It’s journey is so beautiful
And integration so colourful .
It lightens up the path
With its radiant energy ,
And brightens up the chakras
With its vibrant vitality .
Strands of kundalini
Are tender and fierce ,
It nourishes our plexus
With its gentle pierce .
Each and every cell
Of our body revel,
In complete joy and placidity
In divine rapture and serenity .
It’s an experience filled with exhilaration
Kundalini awakening is an actualisation ,
It’s fruits can only be perceived
When the gift of self realisation is achieved .
Showered by blessings from above
We are engulfed in the ocean of Nirmal Love ,
Each and every wave shimmers
Every drop just gleams and glitters .
We go beyond our self identity
To dwell in the land of tranquility
With full humility ,
We surrender to divinity .
A radiance of celestial light
Enlightens our aura , our being ,
Making us an angel ,
A gentle human being
O ! Mother kundalini
Clear away my negativities ,
Free me from all the impurities
For , your are the fragrant tree in me ,
You are the source of joy in me
Mother! you are the source of joy in me .

Miracles are part of daily life in Sahajayoga

Adishakti Mataji Nirmaladevi always takes care of her devotees.  At so many times she has given extension of life to many people.  I had myself had it experienced.  Following is the experience of one of the sahajayogi as to how Mataji Nirmaladvi helped the boy drowned in the pool of water, and who was without oxygen in that condition for a long time, and where doctors and medical staff had given up the hope, just survived and lead fine life only due to love, affection, attention and care of Mataji Nirmaladevi.

Taken from a post on facebook - by suniti Nainwal.

A week later I return to the house, enter the living room and see Jay. He seems in perfect health so I tentatively call his name. He turns to me and smiles. I ask him how he is and though his voice is hoarse from all the tubes that have gone down his throat; he tells me he is fine. I feel like jumping for joy but instead sit beside Jay to meditate, wondering if now that I am in Sahaja Yoga, miracles are just another part of everyday life.

‘I dreamt of Shri Mataji one night. She is seated at the end of a swimming pool on a throne bedecked in jewels. Light emanates from Her face. The pool is silent save for the lapping of the water, with the blue light of the pool dancing around Shri Mataji’s face.
'Jump in,' She says and I wake with these words echoing in my brain.
In the days that follow I try to understand what She said. Her words inspire me as I ‘jump in’ to my Yoga, my day, my work and my relationships. Two weeks after the dream I sit in the living room of the New Jersey ashram, a spacious suburban American home chosen by Shri Mataji complete with outdoor patio and swimming pool. We have just finished a collective meditation, Elizabeth, my baby, is on my lap and the house is full of people. Suddenly there is a commotion by the pool. I hand Elizabeth to someone and rush to the pool area. There are people there pointing in the water and shouting. I jump fully clothed into the pool.
I am in a world of blue water and muffled sound with everything passing as if in slow motion. There, before me at the bottom of the pool, is a young boy, his black hair floating about his face like seaweed, his eyes closed. He is an Indian boy, long and lean, about sixteen years old. I am aware of other people in the water, diving in and out, but I only see him. I swim to him, put my arm across his chest and under his chin. We glide to the surface and over to the side ladder. Hands are there to lift him out, an Indian woman kneels beside him and takes his pulse.
“I am a physician!” she calls out. “He has no pulse, call an ambulance, someone help me!” Someone leaves to call and I kneel down on the other side of the boy. She orders me to give him breaths while she pumps his heart. I follow her instructions but he does not respond. We turn his head to the side; water and bile flow from his mouth. An ambulance arrives after what seems like an eternity and the emergency medical team sweeps up the stairs to the pool. They work quickly, fighting the time.
“He’s not responding, we’re going to lose him, call his name!” one of the team calls out.
“Jay,” someone yells.
“OK, we got something, get him out of here!” the medical technician shouts. Within seconds he is gone, whisked into the ambulance. In the hallway I run into the physician. We stop to talk but she bursts into tears.
“He’ll be alright,” I assure her. She shakes her head.
“He was without oxygen for too long,” she replies, “even if he lives, he will be a vegetable.”
When I come downstairs there is tremendous excitement in the house. Shri Mataji had just telephoned from Cabella. and reassured everyone that he would be alright!
Jay is in a coma for seven days and still there is no change. I remember the physician’s words; technically the boy was dead when he had no pulse. I try to calculate how long he was without oxygen - too long; it had to be at least ten minutes, perhaps there is no hope.
A week later I return to the house, enter the living room and see Jay. He seems in perfect health so I tentatively call his name. He turns to me and smiles. I ask him how he is and though his voice is hoarse from all the tubes that have gone down his throat; he tells me he is fine. I feel like jumping for joy but instead sit beside Jay to meditate, wondering if now that I am in Sahaja Yoga, miracles are just another part of everyday life.’

Detachment helps to solve problems with the help of Divine All Pervading Power

Understanding detachment

Attached love is not the Truth. If you are attached to somebody, then you never see the bad points of that person; if you are angry with somebody, then you can never see the good points of that person. But it’s a complete detached love. And that love is extremely powerful, because whenever you project that love to anyone, you’ll be surprised, the problems of that person will be solved, his personality will improve, everything will work out in a very big way and his life will be changed. But if you are attached to anything whatsoever, that attachment itself causes problems and doesn’t allow Sahaj to grow. This attachment could be any kind: for example, you can be attached to your country, attached to your society, attached to your family, it can be of any kind, but when Sahastrara is open, you learn one thing is detachment. It just happens that you get detached, though, I mean, you are not running away.
As it is, in Sahaja Yoga, we don’t believe in people who run away from society and go to Himalayas, all that I call them as ‘escapists’. That is not the point. What happens is that you are there, you see everyone, you watch everyone, you know everyone, you are close to everyone, but you are a detached person. It’s a state of mind that you achieve when Sahastrara is open. In that state, you are dealing with people, you are dealing with problems, you are dealing with situations, but you are not involved in it, there is no involvement. And that involvement which you had before can never give you complete insight what is happening, what the Truth is; about any situation. So, this detachment helps you.
The greatest thing of the detachment is that you are not affected. No use saying that, “Oh, you are not affected, Mother, so how can You feel for another person? How can You have compassion for another person?” Because if you feel for another person, then only you can solve the problem. But this feeling that you have is again a kind of an attachment. It is not a real feeling, because it doesn’t help. The person is crying, you are also crying, the person is troubled, you are also in trouble and this does not help that person, nor will it help you. So, to have detached, in no way means you do not feel for another person – you do feel. You feel the agony of that person, the trouble of that person, of the whole society sometimes, and of the whole country. But that your feeling is so detached that the All-Pervading Power takes over.
First we must have full faith in the capability of this All-Pervading Power. As soon as you are detached, you say, “You do it.” Finished! Once you say that, “You are going to do it, it’s You who is going to do it!”, whole thing changes completely, because you transfer all your responsibilities, all your problems to this Divine Power, which is so powerful, which is so capable, which can work out anything. So, whenever you think that this problem, you are going to solve, you are the one who is going to do it, then alright, the Divine Power says, “Alright, try your luck!” But if you can really put this problem to the Divine Power, it will work out.
