Whatever happens, happens for our good

According to Sahaja Yoga and the discourses of Param Pujya Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, "Whatever happens, happens for our good," it is necessary to think like this and bring this spirit into life because it teaches us complete dedication to the all-pervading power of God (Paramachaitanya).
According to Shri Mataji, the main reasons for adopting this positive approach are as follows:
1.To have full faith in the power of the Spirit:
When we assume that whatever is happening is for some deep spiritual welfare, we place our worries and problems at the feet of the Divine. This dedication reduces our ego.
Freedom from Desires and Despair:
Shri Mataji has said in her discourses that when there are no worldly expectations or desires within us, disappointment never surrounds us at any point. Accepting every experience as your spiritual upliftment leads to peace of mind.
3. a state of thoughtlessness:
Why did this happen to us? "Why did that happen? "When we come out of mental confusion and gladly accept the will of God, then our mind is at peace. This calmness easily leads us to a thoughtless state during meditation.
4. Inner Purity and Spiritual Maturity:
In Sahaja Yoga, the conditions of life are a means of purifying our chakras
and enhancing our spiritual 'quality'. Difficult situations also come from within to establish a man in a strong, humble and doted manner.
In a nutshell, Shri Mataji's message is that when your Kundalini Shakti is awakened and you are connected to that Supreme Power, it takes over the entire responsibility of your life. Therefore, not being distracted by any event, seeing it as God's will and your welfare is the hallmark of a true Sahajyogi 。
