Proof of the Reality of Sahaja Yoga 

Ever since I started observing Indian society, I have heard spirituality and religious talk all around. Which is a beautiful thing, that good things are respected. So many people know so many profound things, it felt good and new. 

People have made a place for some God or another at their shops or put up a picture of their guru. Satsangs, religious programs at satsangs where either senior people are seen or women in the larger majority. 

Then when I observed their behavior, those good talks or giving advice to others seemed limited to showing their maturity or just saying those things. 

Looking at the environment, I understood that almost everyone believes in someone or another and asks those aforementioned Gods to make their lives better. 

Then the puzzle was solved as to why the practice of programs and asking also continues in the Sahaj organization. Asking God for things is a habit that has come from society, which people do not give up even after coming to Sahaj. They bring Sahaj onto the same lines as the way countless people are seen doing. 

Well, these were the behaviors of non-seekers. Now, a question will arise within a true seeker as to how to know the difference between the path of Sahaj and other spiritual paths. 

The initial differences are known to all of us, such as 

Sahaja Yoga being free of charge

Self-realization 

Collective consciousness through which we can feel our own and others' subtle instruments.

These three things show a difference, but that is enough for the beginning. What next ? What changes are there in those who have been practicing and at what level. 

The major difference we saw or, you could say, the proof is : 

It is being one's own guru or, you could say, being able to receive direct guidance from one's own God who is situated in the heart. Entering the zone of bliss. 

You will see many devotees who call external incarnations their family, but by walking this path, you yourself are made your own family. 

Because our Deity is in our heart and we are made to meet Him. And the result of meeting Him is : love which makes you your own God / guru. The reality of any spiritual journey can be known from this very fact. 

Not following under anyone but walking under the guidance of your own heart. I have not seen this point among people following any other religion or spiritual path. 

There is no cost to saying good things, but whatever change or strength there is in someone's personality cannot be copied. It speaks of the truth. 

If something is not in actions then it does not exist at all. Even if the proof of our Sahaj is not reflected in our personality then it does not exist. 

Everyone in spirituality seems to talk about love. The reality comes to the fore when there is no love at all in the practitioner. 

Those seekers who have found the path of Sahaj, if communication has not been established with the God situated within themselves or efforts have not even been made in that direction then we cannot become proof of the reality of Sahaja Yoga.

The proof of the reality of Sahaja Yoga is the seekers who practice it. If they have not connected within themselves, then even after coming so close to this path they could neither live it fully nor know it. Then for such people there will be no difference between other spiritual paths and Sahaj, nor will they be able to know it. 

Sahaja Yoga is such a path that is based on Mother Nirakara. Mother Nirakara is love itself. It is because of Mother Nirakara that we can connect with Shri Mata Ji situated in our heart without any middleperson ; independently .

 And this does not bring any fanaticism either, if the Deity of a human being is some other God then by gaining access to Mother Nirakara they can access Him from their heart. 

We became connected with Sahaja Yoga and for us this path was given by Shri Maa, so our God is Shri Maa whom we came to know only through Mother Nirakara, so likewise our task was to give those who were interested access to Mother Nirakara, the rest, how much a seeker is interested in knowing and understanding Her, that part belongs to that seeker. 

If they are a seeker, they will discover the reality themselves and reach the accurate facts with their own logic and reasoning. When this gets established then their basis transforms into experience / experiment with the divine energy. Then it is a level beyond reasoning which is based on experiences of the divine energy / heart.
